Za veškeré informace uveřejněné na stránkách www.viasancta.cz (dále jen "Stránky") odpovídá společnost Atlantis Development s. r. o., IČ: 04212592, se sídlem: Na příkopě 859/22, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Městským soudem v Praze oddíl C, vložka 244076, jako provozovatel těchto internetových Stránek (dále jen "Provozovatel").

- Zasahovat jakýmkoliv způsobem bez souhlasu Provozovatele do obsahu a technické podstaty Stránek je zakázáno. Oprávnění rozhodovat o změnách Stránek má pouze Provozovatel.
- Přístup k některým informacím uvedeným na Stránkách může být Provozovatelem podmíněn poskytnutím osobních údajů uživatele. V takovém případě Provozovatel nakládá s těmito údaji v souladu se zákonem č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů, v platném znění.
- Veškeré informace a údaje včetně vizualizací uvedené na těchto Stránkách jsou pouze informativní povahy.
- Podmínky užívání Stránek jsou platné a účinné dnem jejich zveřejnění. Dnem zveřejnění je X. x. 2023.
- Doporučená konfigurace prohlížeče a počítače: Stránky jsou plně kompatibilní se všemi obvyklými typy prohlížečů v posledních verzích (tj. s nainstalovanými aktualizacemi). - Podmínky je oprávněn měnit nebo doplňovat pouze Provozovatel.
- K personalizaci obsahu a reklam, poskytování funkcí sociálních médií a analýze naší návštěvnosti využíváme soubory cookie. Informace o tom, jak náš web používáte, sdílíme se svými partnery pro sociální média, inzerci a analýzy. Partneři tyto údaje mohou zkombinovat s dalšími informacemi, které jste jim poskytli nebo které získali v důsledku toho, že používáte jejich služby.

- Vyplněním a odesláním formuláře činím nezávaznou poptávku k zaslání bližších informací o předmětu poptávky a neprovádím jakoukoliv předrezervaci či rezervaci vybrané bytové jednotky, nebytové jednotky či rodinného domu. Poptání bližších informací nezavazuje mne ani jakoukoliv jinou osobu k podpisu jakékoliv smlouvy, ani mi nezakládá právo požadovat uzavření jakékoliv smlouvy, zejména rezervační smlouvy, budoucí kupní smlouvy či kupní smlouvy. Beru na vědomí a souhlasím s tím, že tzv. předrezervace, není platně uskutečněna do doby, než mi prodejce písemně nebo emailem potvrdí, že předrezervaci učinil. Za účelem závazné rezervace je nutná osobní schůzka s prodejcem a uzavření písemné rezervační smlouvy.
